2. Keep evidence of your impact

Don’t just remember what you’ve done. Record it. Keep examples of projects you’ve delivered, problems you’ve solved and outcomes you’ve achieved. Your future self will thank you the next time an opportunity appears.

3. Build relationships before you need them

The strongest professional networks aren’t built during a job search. They’re built continuously. Stay in touch with former colleagues. Help other people. Share what you’re learning. Trust compounds over time.

The Future Is Full of Opportunity

It’s true that work is changing. But change creates opportunity as well as uncertainty.

The professionals who thrive won’t necessarily be those with the longest CVs or the most impressive job titles. They’ll be the people who understand how they create value, continue learning, build trusted relationships and adapt as the world evolves.
