Our programmes combine guided learning, practical activities and support from other participants and experienced practitioners. You’ll have opportunities to apply what you learn, share your progress and develop something you can take forward.

Perhaps you’ve thought about starting a business, turning an interest into an income or simply exploring what it might be like to work for yourself.
Matchez Works gives you twelve weeks to find out.
It’s a practical, interactive programme where you’ll explore your strengths, develop ideas, test possibilities and learn what it takes to create your own work or business.
You’ll learn by doing, alongside people with different experiences and ambitions, with guidance and encouragement along the way.
The programme follows three stages:
Discover
Explore your strengths, interests and opportunities. Identify an idea worth pursuing.
Develop
Understand potential customers, develop your offer and test whether your idea could work.
Make It Happen
Learn how to reach customers, organise your activities and create a practical plan for your next steps.
Our founding programme begins in February 2027, and we’re inviting people to help shape the experience.
